To activate MailtoX Desktop go to the  “File” tab (1) and then select  “Help” (2) from the options at the left.

Select the “Change product key”  button (3) located under the logo. You will be prompted for the product key that you received at the time of the purchase.

Manual Activation

If the software can’t  contact the activation server, you can activate it manually:

Click on the “Activate Manually” button to open the dialog

Send us your computer name (1) so that we can send you an activation code (2)

Installing MailtoX Desktop on a new computer

You can install MailtoX on a new computer by deactivating it from the computer where it is currently installed. Press on the “Deactivate” button to deactivate it:
