The error occurs when trying to access the PST file. Possible reasons are:
- The hard drive is formatted as FAT32. Files cannot be larger than 4GB.
- Your PST file is corrupt and you should repair it with scanpst.exe from Microsoft.
- The PST file has reached its maximum size.
