We will export email metadata from Gmail using the Quick Extract mode:
1. Select “Quick Extract”
2. Select Gmail from the Email Sources list and select the folder that you want to extract messages from.
If you are using 2 -Step verification read the following article:
3. Select Extract Data from the Email Targets list, select the fields that you want to export and select Excel as Target format
4. Press Start to execute the extraction job
