Blacklists Filters

The blacklists filters allow you to verify if an email is listed as spam or malware in the following services:

  • SpamCop
  • SpamHaus

If a message is NOT listed in any of the selected blacklists services it generates a TRUE condition, the message is not spam. If it is listed, it generates a FALSE condition.

Exceptions Tab

You can define Positive and Negative Exceptions:

  • Positive Exceptions - Messages that are not considered spam and sent to the TRUE condition regardless of their status in the blacklists services.
  • Negative Exceptions - These messages are always considered as spam and sent to the FALSE condition regardless of their status in the blacklists services.

Usage

Place the BlacklistsFilter after a Source action:

You can place several actions under each True or False condition. The Filter Actions can be chained to create customized extraction jobs.
